  • Attention to Detail

Accomplishments

  • As Project Officer, I helped grow the organisation’s respite care programme by increasing provider participation from 25 to 70, allowing us to expand the reach of children supported by more than double since joining, from 20% of eligible CYP to 50%.
  • Adapting communication style to improve engagement with service users whilst maintaining professional communications within the workforce.
  • To gain increased funding for HHAH from DfE – analysed data to followed processes, timelines, and completed templates successfully.
  • All projects delivered within budget through close monitoring and tracking of costs throughout the project life cycle.
  • Through thorough risk management I have supported consistently safe provisions and collaborated with numerous teams to ensure safety and professionalism in the workplace. This also identified training needs which led to mandatory training sessions being set in place for providers.
  • In E-commerce I quickly gained understanding of basic coding and listing products. Distributed warehouse staff workloads and was responsible for managing stock levels.
  • Gained a lot of experience supporting a variety of events including weddings and business events up to approx. 400 people in a single venue.
