Customers were always given an experience when shopping with us at John Lewis, with my role being to advise customers on products whilst understanding their needs. I was always expected to exceed customers expectations

Collaborated with sales managers to meet target quotas. Offer fast and friendly service at all times, helping our customers to find the perfect products. Building up a rapport of knowledge about all products mostly within the fashion department. Worked in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms and processing deliveries.

Whether that means guiding them through destination options or arranging travel itineraries. I promote seasonal travel offers and upsell additional tours and experiences. I often negotiated unique airline discounts, resulting in significant cost savings to clients and securing sales which allow me to meet sale targets. I often conducted market research to maintain advanced knowledge on top destinations and travel trends. Alongside all this I recommended hotel packages and initiatives to customers for increased business profits.
