- Various roles from Showrooms advisor, Replenishment team, Merchandising team, Décor customer advisor and Home delivery driver.
- Showrooms advisor – This role involved me having to look after 5 isles for kitchens and bathrooms making sure everything was priced, in the correct location, tidy and accessible for customers.
- Replenishment team – The responsibilities in this role ranged from me having to grab cages, pallets and jumbo’s full of stock and get them worked onto the shelfs in an efficient time and safely.
- Merchandising Team – My role in this position would include me traveling in and around the Bristol area to different B&Q stores to implement new ranges. An example being the flooring department, all old stock and displays out and fit the new point of sale along with displays and stock in a tidy and efficient time manner.
- Décor customer adviser – In this role I was required to fill the paint machine in the morning, mixing paint for customers, working stock and giving advice to customers.
- Home Delivery Driver – My responsibilities as a delivery driver are picking up my run sheet in the morning with all my information on like runs, addresses and stock. Grabbing the stock from the warehouse and then loading it in the van ready for me to then deliver them to the customers.
- All of my roles within B&Q required a general knowledge around DIY and home design which has gained me lots of knowledge and experience in which I can share with any customer that may need advice or a second opinion. My roles also require a good knowledge around the products we sell which has made me a good asset to the company in the years I have been employed to them.

- My overall role within KFC included taking orders from customers, packing their food and serving them their food, I would also handle situations in which customers were not satisfied and would quickly resolve such issues that occurred. As front of house staff, I also had the responsibility to maintain a clean service area and counter to form a good reputation for the company. I was also trusted to handle cash and take payment and would be responsible for ensuring all money was checked and handled when each customer paid.

Hobbies and Interests
My hobbies include gaming and going out with friends, with my main interest being cars. I love driving different cars and doing my own maintenance to my own cars and being a home delivery driver has helped with maneuvering larger vehicles such as long wheelbase transit vans. I have a strong appreciation for a quality vehicle and am keen to do my bit to maintain one, from basics such as fluids to wheel changes and other basics within reason. I pride myself in looking after my own personal car to a high standard and keeping it clean, tidy and maintained.

Ilminster avenue primary school, Teaching assistant work experience, When completing work experience in Ilminster avenue primary I would complete tasks such planning and teaching sports lesson for the children, in which I would engage with the children and show them how to play different sports, from team sports to competitive sport. I believe this work experience has given me the ability to communicate well with a group and handle potentially difficult situations, such as squabbles and disagreements within the class.
