· Accountable for all aspects of Step 1 and complex Step 2 FTTP L2C installations
· Accountable for completion of all repair work within the FTTP network (outside of FTTP build issues)
· Accountable for resolving complex issues on the day to ensure on time delivery of the end customer’s FTTP service
· Accountable for delivering brilliant customer service by carrying out work to the satisfaction of the customer whether the CP or the end customer
· Ability to complete all 2 stage L2C orders, including pre work tasks such as surveys
· Ability to deploy both overhead and underground FTTP L2C installations to the end customer’s premise
· Ability to complete all repair (T2R) work within the FTTP network (outside of FTTP build issues)
· A point of escalation for FTTP core engineers when complex stage 2 issues are required to be resolved on the day
· Ability to carry out and implement soft dig interventions
· Will be competent in both simple and complex civils avoidance techniques in order to complete tasks within the customers curtilage
· To be able to use current technologies/tools to carry out the role and ability to adapt and quickly pick up new technologies/tools in the future
· To ensure all work is carried out to the satisfaction of the customer whether the CP or the end customer
· Be a subject matter expert in the FTTP product and L2C & T2R processes as well as complex civils avoidance techniques in order to resolve any on the day issues
· Carry out all required testing and demonstrate completion to latest standards, working generally in an efficient and courteous manner
· To be responsible for your personal safety and to be aware of the safety of colleagues and the general public by complying with all procedures within the Health and Safety Policy
· To complete all safety training and adhere to all safety standards as per Active Monitoring Systems (AMS)
