Cormac McKinney

I am highly focused determined individual with over 35 years of vocational experience in the catering and hospitality industry. In recent years i have adapted my skills to further my career in teaching and training young people using the extensive knowledge and expertise i have gained during my vocational journey. I am always open to new challenges and opportunities that will enhance my personal development.

I am a bright, motivated and talented individual with a proven track record in leading, motivating, supporting and mentoring employees or young people within the catering and hospitality industry. I started my career in the catering industry working part-time while at school and quickly realised this is what i wanted to do as a career. With my drive and determination and help from family and peers i opened my own restaurant on Belfast's busy Lisburn road at the age of 19. I am passionate today as i was then and have discovered a new enjoyment in helping young people achieve their dreams a goals in this industry through sharing and teaching what i have learned.
