As a senior procurement associate at EOS IT Solutions, my role involved supporting global service delivery by sourcing, negotiating, and managing the acquisition of IT equipment, software, and services for Amazon, Visa, AMD, Apple, Bloomberg, MSD, and Citibank. I am primary procurement account contact for Amazon, Visa, and AMD, orchestrating cross-functional communications and operations between Finance, Project Management, Logistics , Warehouse and Sales to ensure seamless account operations within EOS.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Leads complex, end-to-end sourcing projects and negotiations for IT equipment (AV, networking hardware), software, and services to secure favourable terms and pricing.

• Builds strong relationships with global OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and distributors (e.g., Cisco, Dell, HPE,) as well as internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and account management.

• Assess contractual risks, ensures compliance with global trade regulations and legal standards, and manages contract lifecycles and documentation.

• Identifying cost-saving opportunities, tracks procurement metrics (KPIs), and provides insightful reports and data analysis to senior management.

• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, policies, and systems, often utilizing tools like Sage X3 and ERP systems.

• Supply chain management which consisted of developing and implementing operational plans aligned with overall business goals. This includes demand forecasting to predict customer requirements and setting optimal inventory levels.

• Managing and upskilling procurement associates
