I currently work with Fife Council carrying out end-of-tenancy property inspections, ensuring homes meet required standards for re-letting. My role involves coordinating a range of works, including liaising with multiple trade supervisors, managing asbestos-related considerations, and ordering necessary materials for each property. I oversee the progress of each property to ensure all work is completed to a high standard, within target timescales, and in line with letting standard and quality requirements.

• Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of 280 sites / plant operations including carrying out fault diagnosis, rectification and testing of domestic and commercial boilers.

• Managed own diary and prioritised work requests along side Pre-Planned Maintenance including annual servicing and gas safety checks, improving overall efficiency in scheduled maintenance tasks within Estates.
