I’ve been a Technical Gas Engineer for 24 years. I’ve been with Swale for the last 16. I’m a highly motivated, self sufficient, customer orientated engineer. I like to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time. For the last 8 years I’ve been a First Response Engineer, which means all the local breakdowns came to me, I’d assess the day, route, urgency of job and parts requirements. I would then proceed to complete the jobs. First time fix if possible and preferable. If not then planning out the works to be carried out as soon as possible with the office.
