In the summer of 2023 i went on a trip to Zanzibar, Tanzania to volunteer in Kinuni school, teaching students and completing building work on the school grounds. During my time volunteering in Africa, I had the opportunity to work closely with local communities, providing educational support and assisting in various school activities. This experience allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills, adapt to new environments, and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds. It also deepened my understanding of global issues, enhanced my problem-solving abilities, and strengthened my communication skills, all of which have contributed to both my personal growth and professional development.
