Performing all aspects of ground working duties i.e. kerbing, flagging, drainage, concreting, steel fixing, hard and soft landscaping, brickwork as well as any other construction duties required e.g. shuttering joinery, snagging of properties to a high commercial standard within set deadlines.

Operating a wide range of machinery and plant including ride on rollers and forward tipping dumpers, having completed CPCS courses and tests.

Complying with stringent Health and Safety regulations, working to set Risk Assessments and method statements. Reading of technical drawings to assess job specific information. Working alongside other trades to complete any given tasks.

Performing all aspects of ground works, operating all relevant plant and machinery in a wide variety of construction projects.

Performing all aspects of groundworks in new build housing sites and residential areas. Including plot works, installing of services to plots, road formation, domestic drainage, kerbing, flagging and all associated duties.

Assisting all trades in all aspects of groundworks in a predominantly new build/residential setting.

Performing all aspects of construction work within residential areas, specialising in student accommodation refurbishments in Durham City, renovations, repairs to private housing, new build housing sites and maintenance/care taking work to private and student properties.

Operating/maintaining various machinery in the process of manufacturing tobacco products.

Working for the local council repainting council properties and facilities whilst achieving NVQ levels 1 and 2 in painting and decorating.
