i have gained valuable work experience as a kiosk worker at EITHAD STADIUM, where i have been responsible for providing excellent costumer services to a diverse range of visitor during various events, including football matches and women game . My role involves being on the till and card transaction efficiently and accurately , ensuring that all sales are processed smoothly to enhance the overall costumer experience. I take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk,which includes regular cleaning and restocking of supplies to ensure we are always prepared for high volumes of costumers. additionally,i actively engage with clients, answering questions about our menu items and making recommendations,which has helped build a rapport with regular visitor

IN addition to my work at the stadium, i have been actively involved in community services through my local parish . The YCW and i have organised several charity events aimed at supporting the elderly, which included fundraising initiatives, meals deliveries and outreach programs. My responsibilities involved coordinating with the rest of the volunteers, planning events logistics and promoting the events within the community to maximise participation . i have developed strong communication skills through this role . this experience has not only allowed me to give back to those in need but also enhance my teamwork skills with a diverse group of volunteers

Currently, i am also volunteer at Dimobi children Disability trust , i have had the opportunity to participate to spread awareness and inclusive practice . this has had me equipped me with the skills to better support the children in our programs . i have helped design activities to cater to interest and abilities of each child, ensuring that everyone feels included and valued .additionally, i have been involved in creating resource materials for parents and caregivers, providing them with information on available support services and activities that can beneficial for their children . this role ha not only enhance my organisation skills but has also deepened my commitment to advocacy for children with disabilities
