  • Manage, lead and support a team of thirty staff to facilitate bespoke, quality inclusive childcare for children age range two years to eleven years, liaising with external agencies including Flying Start, the Childcare Offer and local authority.
  • When required updating all policies and ensuring all procedures, risk assessments are current and up to date, meeting the needs of all the children in my care, (a maximum of three hundred children).
