I worked at a very fast-paced shop at the Trafford Centre, creating displays on the shop floor, and selling TV show merchandise. My roles included approaching customers to offer friendly help and advice when needed. Serving customers at the till and inputting their details onto the computer to obtain free tickets for television and radio shows.

I started working for Argos at the age of 16 as a retail worker, and was promoted to team leader two years later. My roles included serving customers on the main tills, advising and serving on the jewellery counter, picking and packing orders, and dealing with returns and phone queries on customer services.

Argos was extremely fast-paced, so excellent teamwork, communication, and cooperation were imperative.

I work alongside my supervisor for a very busy cleaning company based at Together Money, in Cheadle. I coordinate daily cleaning schedules for staff, ensuring everywhere is cleaned to an extremely high standard. I handle complaints and requests, prioritising timely, professional resolutions when required.

For the last two years, I have worked as a self-employed balloon artist, creating bespoke balloon art for all occasions. It is my number one priority to listen to my clients and provide a flawless service from start to finish. I strive to be open, honest, and friendly when it comes to communicating with my clients, and this always leads to them returning for future events.
