Ensuring that Students are meeting Educational and Practical requirements in order to become proficient in their developing role. This involves attending Tripartite Meetings with the Educational Provision and assessing practice using various tools including the 'Practice Assessment Document',
  • Being part of the interview panel for prospective Student Health Visitors and using TRAC to shortlist and recruit candidates.
  • Leading and delivering core contacts of the Healthy Child Programme, including Newbirth, Maternal Mental Health Visits and core Child Development Reviews using various tools including Ages and Stages Questionnaires and the Schedule of Growing Skills assessment.
