Initially trained to take and alter an assortment of touring bookings via 'Camp Manager' and manage the day to day running of park activity, I have progressed on to maintain storage facilities, adhering to CASSOA regulations and managed the accounts belonging to the park's lodge owners. I currently offer visitor information of the local area, ascertain individual needs to negotiate and suggest optimum cost effective solutions for vacations and other varying reasons to stay on the park. Whilst working for the park, I have incorporated a more vigorous framework for health and safety, whilst focusing on maintaining cleanliness, keeping the focus on the customer base. More recently, I have trained a colleague to manage bookings and maintain our storage documentation.
