• Shift lead (Being responsible for the daily running of the service)
• Assisting clinical lead including implementation of new practice Managing and implementation of services
• Manage work schedule according to staff availability, (Rota, clinics)
• Lead on LTC’s, (inc: Diabetes, Hypertension, CVD, Asthma, COPD and Spirometry)

• Conducting staff 1:1’s and supervisions

• Implementing and running Vaccinations, and mass vaccination clinics. (Covid, Hep B, DTP, Flu etc)
• General clinics (dressings, ongoing care, nurse triage)
• Venepuncture
• ECG’s
• Dressing management (Including Dopplers and leg ulcer management)
• Mentoring staff including new team members, colleagues, students
• Stock checks and ordering

General practice nurse duties douing the outbreak of covid after being ferlowed from the school.

• General school nurse duties including:
• Providing nurse clinics to ensure good health
• LTC's
• Looking after unwell children
• Providing first aid on and off the pitch
• Supporting the wider school community and providing advice and support for the pupils and families

Management of a caseload of clients with complex health needs. (Spinal, MND, SMA) Duties ranged from writing care plans to training staff members and ensuring staff competencies, close working relationship with a wide range of other clinical professionals from the CCG, consultants, discharge planning, OT, physio, GP's and families to name a few.

General primary care duties and home visits including general clinics: dressings, ear care, travel advice, immunisations, childhood immunisation, wound management, EOL care and syringedriver experience, VAC dressings, Foot care, LTC's and weight management. Dopplers and ECG's. This is not an exhaustive list.

General ward duties including pre and opst operative care, medication rounds, patient care, wound care, discharge planning and ward coordination.
