During my time at Northbourne C of E primary I began as a teaching assistant for approximately for 2.5 years and the rest as a 1:1. I provided feedback on pupil's work, identifying areas for improvement . I also helped support classroom teaching and helped with behaviour management, promoting a positive learning environment . I provided additional suppor t to students with special educational needs and took anyone out struggling and helped reinforce the concepts of each subject either individually or in smaller groups.

On top of that, i ran external sports activities after school, Monday - Friday each week. Making sure things were done correctly whilst still having fun and getting positive feedback from parents made the job more rewarding ,

During my years at Premier sports i was able to cover a vast amount of schools in the South East of Kent. This gave me great knowledge on ways to handle a broad variety of different situations effectively . the main role of my job was to improve the children's coordination to enhance their motor skills. A lot of the time, the teachers would watch me demonstrate the activity to help further develop their knowledge and maintain the PE curriculum.

I ran breakfast clubs, lunch time clubs, after school clubs and also PE lessons weekly. I ensured good sportsmanship was important and tried showcasing our core British value s like rules and laws of the sport and having mutual respect was important to create a positive environment.
