Following my transition into main stream Lubrizol business I am accountable for the largest UK regional accounts along with a position on Global accounts managing the EU business for ENEOS and Costco. In the first 18 months of the role I had numerous supply challenges to manage with my customers, I was able to maintain current business as well as open new opportunities during the growing phase of the LZ rebuild.
I am currently accountable for 17 million USD of sales revenue.
In this role I formulated a growth strategy for the UK accounts, identifying key opportunities and the requirements of the wider LZ team to deliver the strategy.
I collaborate effectively with Product Management, Technical and Marketing colleagues to deliver the Lubrizol value to my customers as we reestablish ourselves as leaders in the additive marketplace.
To aid my development and career progression I have refreshed on my Stepping in Leadership qualification, completed the Situational Leadership course and proactively taken a lead within the UK Sales team on our monthly business review meetings.
Sales Manager EMEAI

As the commercial leader for the EMEAI region I had accountability for the P&L and delivering results as per the business plan.
I was accountable for 4.5 million USD of sales revenue.
I devised the sales strategy for my region both to future proof existing business to support OEM hardware changes and to diversify into new and growing markets.
I was accountable for setting up new distributors in growth regions such as India and the Middle East along with providing a product portfolio that would enable success.
I was responsible for key global account management for OEM’s such as Caterpillar, Perkins Engines, Volvo and John Deere on a regional level.
I also had responsibility for the EMEAI product portfolio and identifying market requirements for Chemtool.
During the supply disruption in June 2021 I enabled business continuity in Asia by increasing capacity to release EU manufactured product into the Asian customer base, protecting factory fill positions at key global OEM’s.

Commercial leader for the Chemtool EMEAI business, covering key strategic accounts, new business development, leadership of the Chemical Management team, synergies with the LZA OEM and Industrial groups for growth within the LZ customer base.
A key project that I lead in this role was to transition the manufacturing of Chemtool products from the U.S to Europe to provide a sustainable portfolio that improved profitability, reduced lead times and was regulatory compliant. The financial impact of the transition was to increase the gross profit by 31.
This required collaboration with the operations, procurement, regulatory and supply chain teams to deliver the project.
During this period I had a team of 13 people working for me across the organisation.
Under my leadership we had a 100% safety record.

I was accountable for 2 million USD of Industrial sales.
The cost savings projects that I delivered to my customers was 2.6 million USD.
I also supported the European Division Manager on new business opportunities with other customers.
