Working in the Offshore marine industry in Scotland for contracts onboard offshore installation vessels in for repair and improvement works.

Organising Permits safe systems of work job safety analysis and ensuring myself and my team complete all works safely and as efficiently as possible

Works involving UHP and HP operations up to and including 40,000 psi.

Some industrial vacuuming also involved in our tasks.

Some other works on petrochemical sites during quite times seconded to Mourik UK.

• Logistics/Works manager Kariba dam rehabilitation project Zambia.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Working for Aquaforce Concrete services in conjunction with high profile international companies to remove the concrete from the sluice gates on the dam so they cold be re furbished with new steel and beams to extend and enhance the working capacity of the dam for the future
• Managed a team of 8 hydro demolition operatives overseeing two teams on dayshift and two teams on nights. Maintaining of advanced water filtration system so water could be utilised from the Kariba lake.
• Keeping records of daily production, introducing detailed job specific's to maximise concrete removal and minimising disruption during the two hydro demolition shift patterns.
• Responsible for all paperwork replenishing of perishable and stock item's rotation of staff/shift coverage where applicable.

• Oversaw, coached and evaluated Numerous new employees into our company giving them a full training procedure consisting of every task they will perform in the carrying out of our water jetting operations focussing on them becoming competent gunners to basic standard within our company.
• Also continued with day to day running our equipment and also kept in contact with clients and other work parties during our working tasks, where needed conduct all aspects of water blasting and associated works.
• Met all job deadlines all projects undertaken on all vessels in this shipyard were brought in on schedule 100% in accordance with the clients timeframe.

• Assistant Project Manager in Online boiler cleaning tasks in Singapore.
• Ensuring smooth running of daily activities by performing admin tasks such as daily toolbox talks, Preparation of work tasks and safety checks.
• Assisting in works area and worked along side and in conjunction with whole workforce for explosive boiler cleaning operations to complete the task in waste to energy plants.
• All tasks completed to exact timescale set by client 100 % delivery.

• Assigned appropriate supervisor, leading hand and operator duties
• Drove daily production activities with effective communication and leadership
• Addressed all personnel issues promptly and professionally
• Working in conjunction with various other companies been responsible for a team of up to 15 men completing full surface preparation of flight decks on the Royal Navy's two new aircraft carriers.
• Whilst responsible for Robot/blasting operations on nightshift had work areas steadily increased and over 3 month period productivity increased by over 20%.

• Mostly marine/offshore onshore contracts including work with Dutch Navy surface preparation of ships offshore vessels .

• Tasks whilst working for Buxton Essential weekend emergency works within Mersey tunnel using two tracked robotic units /hand lancing to trim all under strict timescale so new concrete could be poured and tunnel could re-commence operations Monday morning as usual.
• London Gateway's port extensive work in both foundation and waterside area's.
• Presenting relevant documentation for work method statements risk assessments, planning and setting up of job execution of task ensuring all safety measures were in place prior to job commencement.
• Producing skilled removal of concrete by robotic or hand lancing methods in conjunction with project/site management/client.
• Providing accurate and detailed figures of concrete removed to site managers and headquarters.

• Worked as sub contracting for Mourik on various contracts in UK and all over Europe specialising in heat exchangers and fin fans on petrochemical sites
• Implemented performance, quality and efficiency measures to achieve aggressive production goals
• Dedicated teams to meet and attain customer/clients expectations all production goals performed to exceptional standards to establish repeated renewal of annual/periodic shutdown contracts.
