Following the outbreak of Covid 19, Workshop Conferences Ltd. took a strong pivot into purely digital events and requested me to return as a freelance consultant to advise and oversee some of their online events.

For this role, I had overall responsibility for delivering all of our physical events, most notably our flagship Medlink Exhibition, with up to 5000 attendees. Accomplishments

When I took over as Head of Events, the Medlink Exhibition was a loss-leader to increase the value of attached residential courses. Over the next three years I took it to a six-figure, profitable event that was so successful we began to run other across the country, including London.


When we were forced to cancel physical events I created a digital event so successful that all of our sponsors were were happy to be part of in lieu of a physical event with no requests for refunds or cancellations.
