I started in the British army of the young age of 16 years old, and worked my way up in the ranks from private soldier to Corporal. I am proud of my time there and learned a lot.
When I left the army I achieved my plumbing in City & Guilds NVQ level 1, 2 and 3 and started working as a plumber.
What i would consider to be my greatest achievement, Later in life I chose to change career paths and pursue my passion in food.
