I am an experienced butcher and cutter with a passion for all things meat! I have spent over a decade working at Morrisons plc and it is time to move on. As a Market Street Butcher and former Manager, I have managed and maintained the butchery dept with passion and a love for the job. I now wish to increase my skill and knowledge, perhaps under the wing of a mentor to push and challenge me to be a complete butcher in a retail environment.
