• Average Time to Hire has reduced from 60+ days to an average of 37 days from joining in 2021
• Increased internal mobility to 30% through better alignment with the Talent Management team
• 130+ leadership hires in last 2 ½ years (Senior Manager, Head of and Director level)
• Created a new and mandated leadership hiring process at higher management professional and executive leadership level roles

• Managed all the Group, UK & Europe function hiring and leadership recruitment and managed a recruitment team of 3 that delivered over 300 hires per annum.
