I’ve been working in health records for the last 3 and a half years now. I am thoroughly enjoying my work and the team around me. I’ve learned a lot about how the trust works and how patient experience paramount. I’ve really enjoyed learning how the scanners operate, and feel as though, along with the rest of the team, we are making a different to out patients everyday.

I’ve gained a lot of knowledge of the workings within the NHS for example structure of health records, operating Kodak scanners and utilising Evolve and Lorenzo to help identify anonymous documentation received by the department.

I’m up so far with all my mandatory training and I’ve had training witching health records with different systems for example, competent in using Evolve, Lorenzo, Kodak i4659 scanners, Microsoft spreadsheets and all the other Microsoft apps.

I’m always willing to take on any tasks required and happy to take on any new tasks. I’m able to work as a team and help support others if they need it.
