As a Childcare Assistant, I provide high-quality care and supervision to children in a safe nurturing, and engaging environment, looking after up to 16 children at once. I actively support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate learning and play activities that support children's social, emotional, and physical development. I confidently manage daily routines including meals, hygiene, and rest breaks, while maintaining a clean, organised, and secure setting. I encourage positive behaviour, build trusting relationships with the children and parents, and work effectively as part of a team. I am attentive to children's individual needs, promptly reporting and concerns, and constantly adhere to safeguarding, health and safety policies to ensure the highest standard of care.

As a team member of Pizza Time, I provided efficient and friendly customer service in a fast paced food service environment. I took customers orders before I prepared and served their food to a high standard ensuring I maintained a clean and tidy workspace and adhered to all the health and safety and food hygiene regulations. I was able to work effectively as part of a team and also by myself when required all while consistently delivering a positive experience for the customers.

As a waitress in the Ballymac Hotel, I delivered high quality customer service in a fast paced hospitality environment ensuring guests receive a welcoming and positive dining experience. I took orders accurately, served food and beverages efficiently and maintained a clean and well presented dining area at all times.
