During my time at Next I have learnt many roles within the store

• Processing Deliveries
• Replenishing the shopfloor
• Organizing the stockroom areas
• Preparing for the big Sales
• Stock counts
• Providing good customer service and working on tills, processing orders and returns
• Finding the stock for customer orders and preparing them ready for a customer/online orders
• Placing orders for the store equipment and back areas

I started at Bay Trading at the age of 16. My role was serving customers, keeping the shop floor tidy and making sure all house keeping was done at the end of each day. In 2008 I was made supervisor at Bay Trading, I was responsible for opening and closing the store, working out daily/weekly figures and paperwork and working alongside the store manager.

In 2009 Bay Trading went into administration so we was made redundant.
