I am a compassionate counsellor with a solid foundation in counselling theory, techniques and practical experience in providing support and guidance to clients, I currently provide individual and group therapy in a crisis centre.

I am focused on providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to express thoughts and feelings. I have experience working with a wide variety of presenting difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship/family difficulties, grief, sexual/physical abuse, self harm suicide and more.

I am dedicated to ongoing learning and professional development and excited to develop my career in counsellor and increase my work experience.
