I am a qualified Personal Trainer with a strong passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing. I actively maintain my own fitness and regularly participate in community and charity events, including the annual TH96 Run in my local area.

Alongside my professional interests, I am a dedicated parent to my young daughter and value promoting a healthy, balanced, and positive lifestyle both personally and professionally. I believe in encouraging confidence, resilience, and the importance of physical wellbeing from an early age.

I have also trained in dance since the age of three, gaining extensive performance experience through stage shows, pantomimes, and opportunities to work abroad, including in Los Angeles. These experiences have helped me develop confidence, discipline, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills.
