Accomplishments

  • Worked with a multi million pound transport company to deliver an event at Wimbledon station for Wimbledon Tennis Week for work experience for school. Supported the executives to plan and deliver excellent customer service to all customers attending the event. In total there was 60,000 customers that attended. I have forged great working relationships with South Western Railways and have been asked to design QR Codes for their Customer service Week this October.
