At blossom-view I've been a support worker for over a year. I care for individuals with serve disabilities, we work hard to deliver a person centered care experience for their stay and do our best to ensure service users are well looked after.

On a daily basis we handle medication administration (oral & internal), service users epileptic needs, nutritional needs, clothing needs, entertainment and more. We are essentially their hands whilst they stay.

• Worked closely with families, providing updates on loved ones' wellbeing.
• Attended to both basic and serve medical needs e.g body mapping -> epilepsy seizures.
• Housekeeping tasks, during the night we disinfect and clean the whole building.
• We facilitate social activities for service users taking them out into the community for their entertainment.
• We monitor behavior & eating habits as well as sickness through CMS (Care Management System)
• Documented all care provided accurately, improving communication amongst team members.
