Overview
Came out of College with a Triple Sport Diploma unsure of exactly what I wanted to do. Decided to go down the route of engineering as I was heavily influenced by Peers and Family. During my time in engineering I learnt Important fundamental skills such as; Attention to detail, Time management, team work and multiple problem solving skills. I was also working part time at McDonald's as a crew member. Here I learned customer/product satisfactory regulations, and the basics in customer service.
However realised very quickly that I wanted something I could progress a lot faster in. I have always has a Passion for understanding what drives a Business, And that's sales. During my time at Channel Partners Group I was promoted from sales executive to a management role in my first 4 weeks.
This is where I started gaining not only sales skills, but the back end side of a Business. Everything from sales territory management, Payroll, Recruitment and Management. During this role I obviously gained a lot of business management skills, However, The biggest thing I feel I have taken away from working as a sales manager is Personal Development. Marketing professional successful in campaign development and programme management. Forward-thinking and analytical in tracking markets and optimising strategies for best results.
