Charlie Everson

During my voluntary work experience with this company, my role is to provide a stimulating play/learning environment which enhances the children's play. I do this by engaging the children in physical activities such as sports based games, climbing equipment and dance. I also teach the children the importance of risky play and how to stay safe through fire pit activities such as roasting marshmallows. I have to liaise with parents to pass on relevant information, this demonstrates my excellent communication skills and proves my ability to take on responsibilities. I have to adhere to strict legislation such as health and safety, food hygiene, and safeguarding linked to the company. I can confidently communicate with colleagues and children, and work as a team player or competently on my own.
