• Conduct research; contributed to the knowledge base in the field.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment through discussion, varied learning styles and extra-curricular events.
• Mentor students during their final year project, masters dissertations and PhD candidature with evidence of very successful outcomes.
• Lecture on range of Psychology approaches, including core BPS areas, research methods (qualitative and quantiative), behaviour analysis and applied biological, clinical and behavioural psychology.
• Take lead on student inclusivity, reasonable adjustments for disability, and developing contemporary inclusive assessments for the school.

Lecture on a wide range of psychology topics, including all BPS core areas.

Encourage successful outcomes by distance learning through innovative practice.

Provide tutoring for students in both group contexts and one-to-one.

Engage in relevant CPD.

Foster inclusivity and understanding of a wide range of personal circumstances in students.
