I am friendly and approachable, with exceptional communication and customer service skills, complemented by proven ability to handle transactions and manage stock. I have good product knowledge and am willing to chat with customers to ensure their needs are met. I work with a positive attitude towards all, including negative or rude customers, and am excited to work every day.
My role at Radley consists of advising customers about products through understanding their wants/needs and from this recommending items that will accommodate, along with assisting them through services like processing sales either in-store or online, or finding packaged versions of their desired items. Our focus is on outstanding customer service, so the majority of shifts are spent either serving customers at the till or talking to customers on the shop floor to ensure they are happy and able to find what they were looking for; however, I also have other jobs like visiting other stores to see what our competitors were selling and how we could improve to reach our target marker, along with doing a READ (which includes calculating the store's total transactions, traffic, AOV, IPT, and conversion), organising, tidying and cleaning the shop floor and stockrooms so that the shop is well presented and easy for customers and staff to navigate, and dessing and undressing bags on the shop floor to ensure the shelves are filled with all the bags we have in stock, but aren't posing as a tripping hazards by overflowing and falling off.
My role at Furnish & Fettle consisted of organising and tidying the showroom, listening to customers' wants and needs and from this advising on suitable products or services, creating moodboards to articulate customers' ideas and analysing competitors products by visiting nearby interior design shops.
I succesfully completed Duke of Edinburgh and got my Bronze award in Year 11. I have also taken part in school sports events to help build a community and offer fun activities for young children or people with disabilities that struggle to participate and from this feel discluded or timid.
