Being a registered nurse in England for more than three years has exposed me to diversity when it comes oncology and haematological conditions and their management. While embracing professionalism when managing my patients, i have learnt the importance of being kind, caring and being compassionate in the most vulnerable times my patients go through. I have also learnt to work with other multidisciplinary teams in planning, assessing and ensuring the patient is always prioritised. My nursing skills have greatly improved when it comes to practicals and in knowledge. I strongly advocate for patients and ensure the patient is prioritised at all times. Teamwork is my goal to ensure all objectives have been met.
