• I coordinated an event for a 90th birthday party incorporating a celebration of the Jain religion. Attended meetings between clients, catering, venue management and tech crew to formulate a schedule and format to suit all parties involved.
• During the event I oversaw the scheduling, timekeeping between different departments, prepped speakers and the band. Maintained a safe environment paying attention to potential hazards from tech equipment, stage cables and lighting, prioritising attendee and venue staff welfare at all times. I managed multiple tasks concurrently under tight deadlines and scheduling without compromising on quality or customer service; handled any challenges that arose and adapted the scheduling to suit these changes, ensuring minimal disruption to the event flow.

• Oversaw and negotiated timelines, scheduling, budgets for all departments i.e., marketing, video promotions, venues, set design, props etc.
• Created set designs to suit the productions and adapted these designs according to the venue specifications.
• As a stage manager I coordinated between Tech crew, Stage crew and performers during live performances to ensure successful productions whilst maintaining and complying with health and safety measures throughout live performances and transportation between venues.

• My duties as a Stage Manage are many for any production and live performance yet the focus is ultimately on customer satisfaction. and Enhanced audience experience by overseeing all aspects of stage management from concept to execution.
• Generally I will facilitate production meetings for clear communication amongst all departments involved in the play production. Delegate tasks efficiently amongst assistants, maximising productivity on busy rehearsal days. Organise props, guaranteeing their readiness before each scene. Securing the storage areas to prevent loss or damage to items used in performances and maintain/fix any damage or alterations. Streamline backstage operations with compliance to health and safety procedures and protocols. Liaise with technical crew for seamless integration of lighting and sound effects, adapting to any changes or alterations before and sometimes during live performances.
