Also working with the management of the Welsh rugby union and the Welsh Football Association if they need anything during their stay. Another one of my main roles in this job is that if any guests may seem to have an issue I would have to find a way to resolve it for them and make sure that they can enjoy their rest of their stay as much as possible.
