I volunteer 2 afternoons a week at a Bristol Primary school supporting the Class Teachers and TAs in helping children improve their reading skills though use of phonics.

I have demonstrated a willingness to help the class teacher wherever needed and quickly learned and applied new skills.

I always arrive 15 minutes early so that I am ready to start immediately the children return from lunch to maximise the time I have with each individual child.

I work as a GP giving clinical advice via phone and video calls to patients, paramedics , district nurses and care homes.

I recommend treatment plans based on individuals needs promoting recovery and safe management of urgent care conditions.

I may issue medication remotely to pharmacies, arrange Face to face consultations either in clinics orHome visits or arrange admission to hospital if clinically indicated.

I ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient records and work closely with other health care professionals to enhance patient care.

I discuss symptoms and diagnoses with patients and carers to support informed and safe medical decisions.
