Maintenance apprentice main duties:

• Assist the maintenance team or attend on my own to any breakdowns on the shop floor
• Fill mould injection machines will oil when levels are low
• Utilised testing equipment, such as a multi-meter, to accurately locate faults .
• Attend Wolverhampton city college and attend all in house training courses provided by the company
• Assist the engineering department by making gauges and other equipment on the lathe and milling machines

Toolroom duties

• Assist the Tool room department by helping when required by lifting heavy tools across the factory via over head crane, small maintenance tasks on moulding machines and complete several insert changes on my own and under supervision
• Responsible for the monthly, 6 monthly and 12 monthly Planned maintenance on all injection mould tools.

• Key holder position that had many duties which included cashing up, banking, ordering stock, midweek figures, fixing machines, helping customers print there pictures on either the self serve machines or developing there films -I also took passports/visa's, family portraits and upsell to put customers images onto canvass or other photogifts to reach our shops weekly sales targets and became top of the area at the companies busiest christmas period.

• Selling of electrical goods for the home, advising customers and Reaching companies targets whilst working both by myself and as part of a team, processing credit applications, dealing with customer complaints an general administration work.

• Setting and operating various presses, the manufacturing of multipoint Locks -ROSPA certified to self inspect workers machines to insure there safety before use of heavy machinery -driving of 3 different fork lift Trucks as well as general labouring.
