This project, 'Into the Field' was a volunteering exercise completed in fulfilment of the module of the same name at the University of Wales Trinity saint David, and was supervised by Dr. Martin Bates, Dr. Ros Coard, and Quentin Drew.

• Llanllyr is a site of mesolithic activity in West Wales, for this project myself and a small team drew up plans for, excavated, recorded, and appropriately backfilled a trench under the supervision of lecturers.
• Also completed for this project was a landscape report and a field journal.

• To assist in a systematic environmental survey, collecting relevant sediment cores: to set up a grid for the collection of samples and to understand strategies in paleoenvironmental sampling.

• Resolved complaints calmly and professionally, delivering appropriate solutions to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Processed cash and card payments during busy shopping periods, limiting customer wait times.
• Maintained a clean and welcoming shop environment, enhancing customer experience.
• Collaborated across all store areas, including online, tills, replenishment, and stock routines, to ensure tasks met customer needs.

• A week unpaid work experience course in Westminster involving monitoring Parliamentary debates, doing online research and answering emails for the parliamentary office, and other office tasks.
