Previously i have been employed by Ganymede solutions and i was placed at York train station as a member of the passenger assistance team. This job involved helping those who needed it to their trains to make sure they made it. It involved managing more than 30 customers in a shift which brought lots of stress and pressure if customers were panicking about their trains and relied on very critical thinking and composure to help out.
To successfully carry out this role i had to ensure that a number of requirements were checked off to overall improve the comfort of the passengers and excel in my position. These were:
