Psychology graduate with Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC), MSc in Psychological Therapy (Merit), and over four years' experience working within forensic mental health services. Experienced in supporting individuals presenting with severe and enduring mental illness, personality disorder, cognitive impairment and complex risk profiles within secure environments. Demonstrated interest in forensic psychology through postgraduate research exploring psychological therapy for individuals with cognitive impairment in forensic settings. NHS Scotland Educational Media Project Participant | 2017–2018
Selected as part of an NHS Scotland educational initiative designed to raise awareness of Allied Health Professions among school pupils. Participated in the production of a national educational film exploring the multidisciplinary care pathway following stroke, interviewing and engaging with a range of healthcare professionals including physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists. The completed resource was distributed to schools across Scotland.

Volunteer Worker | Alzheimer's Scotland | 2017–2018
Volunteered with Alzheimer's Scotland in a residential care setting, supporting individuals living with dementia through structured reminiscence-based activities. Participated in regular coffee mornings where residents were encouraged to share personal stories, discuss significant life experiences and engage with historical photographs to stimulate long-term memory recall.
As part of the project, contributed to the development of a customised reminiscence board game designed around residents' personal histories and meaningful life events. The initiative aimed to promote social engagement, wellbeing and cognitive stimulation by focusing on preserved long-term memories.

Postgraduate research focused on psychological therapy for individuals with dementia/ cogitative impairment within forensic settings, exploring the unique challenges and adaptations required when working with this population. Interested in risk assessment, offender rehabilitation, personality disorder, trauma, and the application of evidence-based interventions to reduce reoffending and recovery.
