I started my time working in Sainsbruys Truro, which i stayed with for around 3 years and excelled in the usual areas that retail can povide, learnt how to supply customers with the best experience i can give them and with efficient work. I worked with Greenlight for 7 months as a care and support worker for clients under the spectrum, I feel I flourished in this environment and picked up the need to knows very fast, I worked alongside a fantastic team which passed me excellent knowledge which gave me a very solid grip on what to do, I am reliable and am able to sustain an appropriate bond to support and achieve person centred care as well as having a background in retail which gave me not only the basics such as ability to communicate problems and appraisals, but to de-escalate situations in a calm manner
