Key functions and responsibilities:

• Carrying out holistic, person-centred social care assessments, reviews and safeguarding enquiries with adults who are, have, or are believed to have mental health-related care and support needs under the Care Act (2014) and Mental Health Act (1983).
• Sourcing or supporting the provision of care packages in line with the assessed care and support needs of the individual.
• Working collaboratively with individuals, their support networks, and relevant professionals and agencies to promote and protect their independence, wellbeing and right to choose.
• Supporting individuals to access and transition between internal and external services relevant to their assessed care and support needs.
• Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous case records as part of independently managing a caseload and facilitating multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working in both inpatient and community settings.
• Building positive professional relationships with all people who use or are connected to the service and organisation.

Key functions and responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering 21 curriculum-based conversational English classes per week to middle school pupils aged 13-15.
• Planning and delivering a one-week English camp during summer and winter.
• Supporting Korean English teachers with lesson planning, delivery and assessment grading.
• Building relationships with students outside of lessons to support the development of positive relationships with English and their confidence to engage with opportunities to speak it.

Key functions and responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality and friendly customer service.
• Operating till systems and handling cash transactions to ensure smooth check-out experiences.
• Managing high-pressure situations during peak seasons and hours without compromising service standards.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure store operations and health and safety-related procedures are adhered to and completed.
• Proactively ensuring the store face is presentable, stocked and customer ready.

• Maintained cleanliness throughout the kitchen for improved hygiene standards.
• Adhered to health and safety regulations with careful handling of workspaces, food and equipment.
• Assisted chefs with the completion of tickets involving the pizza and dessert station for smoother service during peak hours.
• Independently managed the cleaning and distribution of all kitchen utensils, cookware and serving dishes throughout service.
