

I am an experienced primary teacher within Castle Phoenix Trust, leading Oracy and RHE, and recognised for strong relationships and consistent behaviour management that create calm, purposeful learning environments. I have a proven track record of improving outcomes, including achieving around 80% in the Phonics Screening Check, strengthening KS1 vocabulary, and developing highly engaged learners in EYFS.
I have supported staff development through CPD, coaching, and professional dialogue, including RSHE and wellbeing training, embedding emotion coaching following my NPQ Leading Behaviour and Culture, and providing tailored feedback through learning walks and Step Lab. I am now seeking to extend my impact across schools, supporting colleagues and contributing to consistent, high-quality practice across the Trust.
