While I have not held a formal Support Worker position from my previous jobs I acquired valuable skills that I hope to use as a Support Worker. I developed strong interpersonal communication skills by working closely with customers and learned how to communicate effectively based on each customers requirements. My ability to remain calm during challenging situations and my empathy for others equipped me to provide caring support while in this role.
