Participated in immersive emergency response training exercises by role playing victims and casualties in realistic incident scenarios involving special effects, including blank firing firearms, smoke, loud explosions, and prosthetic injuries. Demonstrated the ability to remain calm under pressure, follow detailed instructions, communicate effectively with teams, and adapt quickly in fast paced environments.

This experience strengthened valuable transferable skills for a retail store assistant role, including teamwork, customer interaction, situational awareness, resilience, professionalism, and the ability to stay composed in busy or high-pressure situations.

• I had the opportunity to be part of the cast in Bring it on the musical at The Orchard Theatre in Dartford.
• I played various characters in the ensemble and also helped out back stage with props and costumes.
• A very intense 2 weeks of rehearsals which I did 4 shows Infront of a live audience.

• I was part of a team who worked at the front of house to the dance show.
• I was on the doors meeting, greeting, assisting customers and directing them where to go as they came into the show.
• Once everyone was taken care of, seated and content, I made sure that the doors were closed for the prompt start of the performance.
• Coordinated with team members, ensuring seamless front of house operations.
• Collaborated well with front of house staff for smooth service operations.
• Maintained clean and organised front of house area to welcome customers.

As a store assistant during one of the busiest periods of the retail seasons during Christmas i had to work with pace and efficiency to replenish stock throughout the day and make sure that everything was neat, clean, tidy and visually appealing. I was on hand to help and assist the customers confidently with their queries and needs and offering product knowledge to support them on their visit. I also have experience with the warehouse at the back of the store where i needed to get my stock to replenish the area i was assigned to.

• I participated in 'Wednesday the musical' Playing the part of Gomez Addams.
• I organised the children with their costumes and prompted them on their lines and stage directions.

• I volunteered at an elderly care home where I assisted the staff and participated in activities for the residents.
• This involved accompanying all residents when they needed assistance moving around from place to place.
• I also made tea for the residents and helped feeding them during their lunch hour.
• Planned activities schedule for assigned group and facilitated smooth transitions to meet planned arrival times.
