• Maintain and updates the Group HR database’s records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job designations and salary increments
• Handle overall recruitment process as per the requirement, Shortlisting candidates, interview arrangements, selecting proper candidates and process for induction.
• Assist HR Manager and Group Human Resources Director in drafting and implementing company plans and policies.
• Provide advice to the Head of Departments when conducting staff Performance Appraisal and keeps record of promotions and its impact on salary cost to the company
• Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions and schedule and organise interviews.
• Motivate other team members to achieve business objectives and common goals.
