I have been involved with the USA Summer Camp for the last 5 summers.

• Four summers as a camp counsellor working closely with junior campers to ensure their safety, wellbeing and enjoyment.
• Provided a positive and supportive environment to encourage campers to try new activities and step outside their comfort zone.
• Promoted to senior staff - Head GCC for the last summer which involved overseeing camp counsellors and junior campers to ensure schedules ran smoothly and effectively and to resolve any issues throughout the day.
• Recognised for outstanding performance which included counsellor of the week (x 3) and counsellor of the month (x 1).

• Over a decade of experience maintaining high standards across the store,including shop floor, bakery, cafe, counters and car park.
• Morning shift responsibilities include machine cleaning the shop floor and litter picking to support a clean and safe environment for customers.
• Afternoon responsibilities include responding quickly to spillages and maintaining cleanliness throughout busy trading hours.
• Evening responsibilties include deep cleaning food preparation areas such as bakery, cafe and service counters.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills and reliability across varied shift patterns.
