Adhering to strict health and safety protocols, monitoring and managing canine body language and socialisation with other dogs and the public. Providing detailed feedback to staff on animal health, behaviour, and incidents and assisting with basic command training.
  • Operation Wallacea, Research Assistant, Indonesia , (Jun 2015-Jul 2015) I volunteered for 4 weeks at the Marine Research site of Hoga Island, Indonesia, averaging 2 dives per day, collecting and analysing data. Also visiting local communities within the Wakatobi region to promote sustainable living.
  • Ranthambore National Park, Conservation Assistant, India (Apr 2013-May 2013). Whilst travelling through India, I spent time at Ranthambore National Park. Observing endangered tigers behavioural patterns in their natural habitat as well as many other species. Focusing on the predator to prey ratio in the park.
  • Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB), Events Volunteer (Jun 2014-Jul 2015). As a RSPB events Volunteer I have regularly attended science events across Oxfordshire, engaging with the local community to promote conservation and environmental issues facing Britain's wildlife.
